Purpose of the service
FreightCrest provides commercial trucking insurance information and structured workflows for submitting operating details, tracking a request, and communicating with the team. General content is educational and is not policy language, legal advice, tax advice, or a substitute for reviewing actual insurance documents.
No binder, guarantee, or implied appointment
Submitting an application, receiving a reference, viewing a status, reviewing a proposal, selecting an option, or requesting a bind does not create insurance coverage. Coverage exists only after written confirmation from an authorized representative and remains subject to all applicable terms, conditions, payments, documents, and underwriting requirements.
No price, effective date, eligibility decision, market response, placement, filing, certificate, or policy issuance is guaranteed. References to coverage types do not represent that a particular insurer is available or that FreightCrest holds an appointment in any jurisdiction.
Your submissions and account information
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to correct material errors promptly. Do not submit information that you are not authorized to provide. You are responsible for safeguarding submission references, email access, and any future account credentials used to access nonpublic information.
Do not enter Social Security numbers, payment card or bank information, driver license numbers or images, medical information, passwords, or authentication secrets in general forms or free-text fields. See the Privacy Notice for additional information.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to access another person's submission, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, bypass security controls, scrape nonpublic information, submit unlawful content, or use the service to misrepresent insurance status or coverage.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, accuracy, or service operation. We work to keep information current, but public content may not reflect every policy form, underwriting rule, or legal requirement.
These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated version is posted means the updated terms apply to later use.
