Do not enter Social Security numbers, payment card or bank information, driver license numbers or images, medical information, passwords, or other authentication secrets in any form or free-text field. Contact us before sending sensitive documents so an appropriate channel can be identified.
How information may be used and disclosed
Information may be used to review a request, organize an insurance submission, communicate next steps, maintain submission status, protect the service, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Information may be disclosed to service providers that support the platform and, when appropriate for a request and authorized by the customer, to insurance professionals or markets involved in evaluating the submission. This notice does not identify or imply an appointment with any insurer, and submitting information does not guarantee that any market will review or accept a risk.
We do not treat a submitted application, tracked status, or proposal selection as authorization to bind coverage. Coverage exists only after written confirmation from an authorized representative.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, operational recordkeeping, dispute prevention, security, and applicable legal requirements. Retention periods may vary according to the type of record and the stage of a submission.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No online service or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
